Que Pasa Restaurant
I asked the Culinary trained chef at another restaurant his favorite place to eat off duty and his suggestion was Que Pasa. A little place in downtown Oranjestad just down the street from Boonoonoos. We had a great meal with fish running about $20. But the best was the banana fritters for dessert. Lightly friend, dusted with cinnamon and served with rich icecream and whipped cream. They're not listed on the menu so you have to ask for 'em. There's also a little bar inside packedwith locals. Nice place. Sorry too dark and romantic inside for additional photos.
