In an effort to increase downloading speed your American OnLine Web Browser ( what you're using now) may be set for lower resolution, but higher speed. You'll want to change this especially if you're using a faster modem (33.3 or greater) or if you willing to wait a little longer to view better photos.

It's easy!

1. Go to the Pull Down Menu - MEMBERS

2. Select PREFERENCES

3. Look on the left side and scroll down until you see WEB.

4. A new dialog box will be displayed - UNCHECK the box marked COMPRESSED IMAGE.

5. Click OK.

6. All done.
